Yes. We believe it’s important that everyone can enjoy the world of Belgian chocolate.
The entire museum is wheelchair-accessible and features wide aisles and elevators. Visitors with limited mobility can use a dedicated entrance with an elevator. This entrance is located to the left of the main entrance. We also have a wheelchair available. If desired, it can be reserved in advance.
For deaf and hard-of-hearing visitors, in addition to our audio guides, we offer a user-friendly app with text and visual support. Visitors with visual impairments can enjoy the experience through the audio guides, complemented by the many scent and taste experiences along the way.
We’re also happy to provide advice for visitors with autism, claustrophobia, or other specific needs to make your visit as comfortable as possible.

We have the utmost respect for the work of teachers and are happy to welcome them to Chocolate Nation. However, we are currently unable to offer a separate discounted rate for teachers visiting the museum in their free time.

Additionally, Chocolate Nation is a 100% privately funded initiative. Unlike many museums, we do not receive any regular government subsidies to support our operations. Revenue from ticket sales is therefore essential for maintaining and renovating the museum and for providing visitors with a high-quality experience every day.
In addition, we want to keep our ticket prices as accessible and transparent as possible for all visitors. That is why we have chosen to work with a limited number of pricing categories rather than a large number of different discount systems.
No, Chocolate Nation is not currently a participating partner of the Museum Pass. A visit to Chocolate Nation is therefore not included in the Museum Pass and requires a separate admission ticket.

Yes. A visit to Chocolate Nation is included in the Antwerp City Pass.
With the Antwerp City Pass, you get free admission to numerous museums and attractions in Antwerp, including Chocolate Nation. You’ll also enjoy discounts on public transportation and various tourist activities in the city.
Chocolate Nation is also ideal to combine with other highlights of Antwerp. Thanks to our location right across from Antwerp Central Station, we’re the perfect starting point or finale for many visitors’ exploration of the city.
Always check the most up-to-date terms and conditions of the Antwerp City Pass before your visit, and don’t forget to bring your valid City Pass with you.
We understand that delays can happen.
Your ticket remains valid on the day of your visit. If you arrive a little later than your selected time slot, in most cases you can simply join a later time slot. Our time slots are primarily intended to spread out the flow of visitors and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.
Please keep in mind, however, that during very busy times, we may ask you to wait briefly until sufficient capacity becomes available again.

Yes, children generally need a ticket to visit Chocolate Nation. This allows us to manage visitor numbers effectively and ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.
Children ages 0 through 3 may enter for free when accompanied by a paying adult and do not need a ticket.
