These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of tickets, gift certificates, and other visitor products, as well as to any visit to Chocolate Nation.
For group visits, corporate events, venue rentals, corporate workshops, and other business agreements, the separate General Commercial Terms and Conditions of The Belgian Chocolate Experience NV (TBCE) apply.
By purchasing a ticket or gift certificate or by visiting Chocolate Nation, the visitor declares that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
Tickets are valid only on the date and time indicated on the ticket.
Every visitor must present a valid admission ticket upon arrival.
Chocolate Nation reserves the right to deny admission in the event of fraud, misuse, or an invalid ticket.
All ticket prices are listed inclusive of sales tax, unless otherwise indicated.
Payment is made online via the available payment methods or on-site at the ticket counter.
A ticket is valid only after full payment has been received.
Tickets are generally non-refundable.
If a visitor is unable to attend, Chocolate Nation may, at its sole discretion and subject to availability, allow the visit to be rescheduled to another date.
A rescheduling is not an automatic right and can only be requested in advance.
No-shows do not entitle the visitor to a refund or a new ticket.
If Chocolate Nation is forced to cancel a visit due to force majeure or exceptional circumstances, a suitable alternative will be offered.
Visitors are requested to arrive on time.
A visit begins at the time indicated on the ticket.
In the event of late arrival, Chocolate Nation cannot guarantee admission if this compromises the visitor experience or the museum’s operations.
Visitors must respect the staff, other visitors, and the museum facilities.

Chocolate Nation reserves the right to deny admission to visitors who do not comply with these rules or to ask them to leave the museum without a refund.
Children must remain under the supervision of their parent(s), guardian(s), or teacher(s) throughout the entire visit.
Chocolate Nation is not responsible for children who are in the museum without supervision.
Chocolate tastings or other samplings may be offered during the visit.
Chocolate Nation makes every effort to provide accurate information about ingredients and allergens.
Despite the utmost care, the complete absence of allergens can never be guaranteed.
Participation in workshops must follow the instructions of the chocolatier or supervisor.
Visitors enter Chocolate Nation at their own risk.
Chocolate Nation cannot be held liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Each visitor is liable for any damage he or she causes to buildings, facilities, or materials.
Taking photos for personal use is permitted, unless otherwise indicated.
Professional photography, video recordings, or commercial use of visual material are permitted only with prior written consent from TBCE.
Chocolate Nation may take photos or video recordings during visits for communication and promotional purposes. Visitors who object to this may notify a staff member in advance or during their visit.
Chocolate Nation reserves the right to adjust or cancel opening hours, programs, or visits in the event of force majeure or exceptional circumstances.
These include, but are not limited to, technical malfunctions, security incidents, government measures, strikes, extreme weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond TBCE’s reasonable control.
Personal data is processed in accordance with TBCE’s Privacy Policy.

These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Belgian law.
Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
