Reservations are not required, but they are strongly recommended. By booking online in advance, you’re guaranteed a spot and can choose the time slot that best fits your schedule.

Popular time slots can fill up quickly, especially on weekends, during school breaks, and on holidays. To avoid lines or disappointment, we therefore recommend purchasing your tickets online in advance.

Decided to drop by on a whim? We’ll be happy to check which time slots are still available. If there’s space, you can buy a ticket right away and start your visit.

We understand that delays can happen.

Your ticket remains valid on the day of your visit. If you arrive a little later than your selected time slot, in most cases you can simply join a later time slot. Our time slots are primarily intended to spread out the flow of visitors and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.

Please keep in mind, however, that during very busy times, we may ask you to wait briefly until sufficient capacity becomes available again.

Yes, children generally need a ticket to visit Chocolate Nation. This allows us to manage visitor numbers effectively and ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.

Children ages 0 through 3 may enter for free when accompanied by a paying adult and do not need a ticket.

For older children, special rates apply depending on their age. You can always find the most up-to-date prices and age categories on the ticket page of our website.
