Upon arrival, you’ll receive your audio guide at the reception desk in the language of your choice, so you can start your visit right away. We offer 8 languages: Dutch, French, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and Mandarin Chinese.

Yes. Chocolate Nation is open 7 days a week, including Sundays and holidays.

Many visitors combine a visit to Chocolate Nation with a day trip to Antwerp, a weekend getaway, or a city trip. Thanks to our central location across from Antwerp Central Station, we’re easy to reach, even on weekends and holidays.

Any changes to our opening hours are always announced in advance on our website. We therefore recommend that you always check the current opening hours before your visit.

Yes, Chocolate Nation offers free lockers where you can safely store coats, backpacks, and other personal belongings during your visit.

The lockers are located at the start of the experience, so you can explore the museum comfortably and hands-free.

We do recommend that visitors keep valuable items - such as money, jewelry, passports, or electronic devices - with them at all times.

Pets are not allowed at Chocolate Nation.

Because Chocolate Nation is a museum where food is processed, tasted, and sold, specific hygiene and safety regulations apply. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot allow dogs or other pets in the experience area, the shop, or the dining areas.

Service dogs and guide dogs are, of course, welcome. We do ask that you let us know in advance if possible, so we can ensure your visit goes as smoothly as possible.
