Trinitario is a stylish and versatile event space for meetings, presentations, seminars, dinners and corporate events. The room, for example, is particularly well suited to an interactive U-shaped layout, but can just as easily be reconfigured for presentations, receptions or dinners. The private bar completes the picture and ensures a smooth transition between business and relaxation. What’s more, from Trinitario you can look out over part of the museum experience, giving every gathering an inspiring and surprising setting.

Forastero is a professional event venue where focus and interaction take centre stage. Ideal for meetings, training sessions, workshops and presentations, with flexible layouts that adapt to your programme. The subtle Chinese touches in the interior are a nod to the vibrant Chinese community on Van Wesenbekestraat and the iconic Chinese gate on Astridplein. The Criollo Bar is the perfect complement for a welcome event, coffee break or reception.

Expo is our largest event space and offers complete freedom for larger-scale events. From conferences and keynote presentations to staff events, product launches and receptions: this open-plan space can be fully adapted to suit your concept. Thanks to its high capacity, flexible layout and modern audiovisual facilities, Expo provides the ideal setting for events that are designed to make an impression.
Large bar area
The Criollo Bar is the vibrant heart of our events floor. This is where guests gather for a welcome reception, coffee break, pre-dinner drinks or a standing dinner in a warm, stylish setting. The bar is the ideal complement to a meeting in Trinitario or Forastero, but is equally well suited to a standalone networking event or an informal reception.
Private Dining
Porcelana is our most exclusive private dining room. An intimate space for executive meetings, board meetings, private lunches and gourmet dinners, where discretion, personalised service and culinary refinement take centre stage. The view of the iconic Chocolate Vault completes the setting and lends every gathering an exclusive character.
Restaurant
Octave is more than just Chocolate Nation’s restaurant. You’re welcome to visit for a business lunch or dinner, but also for a complete culinary experience as part of a meeting or corporate event. From private dining and walking dinners to bespoke receptions: our kitchen team will provide a gastronomic experience that perfectly matches your requirements. Would you like complete exclusivity? The Chocolate Vault is, without a doubt, the most exclusive space at Chocolate Nation. Behind the imposing vault door lies a unique setting for a champagne reception, an exceptional chocolate or food pairing, a marriage proposal, an anniversary or an intimate VIP moment. The iconic vault is also an absolute eye-catcher and a unique photo opportunity that has guests spontaneously reaching for their cameras.
