Right to information, access and inspection
You have the right to request TBCE to inspect and rectify the personal data or limit the processing of your data. In particular, you have the right to access your personal data and the following information: the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data concerned, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organizations, if possible, the period during which the personal data is expected to be stored, or if that is not possible, the criteria for determining that period.
Right to correction
The personal data must be correct and updated if necessary. You therefore have the right to rectify your data. • Right to transferability You have the right to obtain your personal data, provided to TBCE, in a structured, common and "machine-readable" form, and you have the right to transfer that data to another controller, if technically possible.
Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
You have the right to obtain erasure of your personal data without unreasonable delay from TBCE and TBCE is obliged to erase personal data without unreasonable delay when the personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected (such as, for example, an order placed).
Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to obtain the restriction of processing from TBCE when:
- the accuracy of the personal data is contested by You, for a period that enables TBCE to verify the accuracy of these personal data;
- the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of its use instead;
- TBCE no longer needs the personal data for processing purposes, but you need them for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
Right to object
You can object to the use of his personal data for the stated purposes insofar as the data processing is not necessary for statutory obligations and for the normal operation of the company. TBCE then ceases to process the personal data, unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms (such as, for example, the performance of an Employment Agreement).
