Is one of your new years resolutions to start the new year healthy?!  Well we are happy to help with that. How about this delicious banana bread. We don't have to tell you what the secret ingredient is… 

Ingredients

  • 20 gr cocoa
  • chocolate callets
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons of honey
  • 180 gr flour
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence

Preparation method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place 3 bananas in a food processor and add the eggs and cinnamon. Mix well. Then add the flour, baking powder, cocoa, vanilla and honey and mix again
  2. Add the chocolate callets and mix again
  3. Pour the batter into a cake tin with baking paper or one of silicone. Cut the last banana in half lengthwise and place on top of the batter. Bake the banana bread in the oven for about 45 minutes until done.

Tip: also delicious with nuts or even more chocolate!
